Instructions
The Teran circular walking route is 7 km long. You will need about three hours of moderate walking to see the entire route.
It takes you through village alleys, cart tracks and paths in and near Dutovlje, but you will also enjoy walking along the main road.
Route map
To help with orientation, you can use both the small map in the brochure as well as the map on the main board in the village centre in front of the Bunčetovi homestead. You can also download the map at the Teran circular walking route website and print it at home.
However, it will be the most simple if you follow the direction plates along the entire route.
Direction plates
12 x 12 cm direction plates direct you to the left or to the right. They feature a stylized vine leaf – the logo of the Teran circular walking route – and a directional arrow.
QR code
The code is used with a mobile phone network. A smartphone with an installed QR code recognition application scans the code and opens the website embedded in the code. QR codes on information plates take us to a more detailed description of the local attraction next to which you are currently standing.
Info plates and QR code
The Teran circular walking route has 26 attractions that are marked and can be found along the route. Some are marked with small info plates (12 x 35 cm). Descriptions for other attractions can be found on larger upright or horizontal plates that stand right next to the marked or described attraction. In addition to a short description and a picture, each plate also has a unique QR code. If you scan it, it will take you to a more detailed description of the attraction next to which you are standing. It is impossible to miss plates related to the Teran circular walking route because their bright green colour is visible from a distance.
